For a monthly fixed price, One Call Home Assist will take care of all maintenance repairs, yearly gas and electric certificates, plumbing, drains, electrics, boiler & heating, roof and 24hr emergency call outs. One Call Home Assist maintenance plans are set up easily with monthly direct debits or with a one off annual payment. Once payment has been authorised and depending on what plan is taken out we will arrange for a property condition report to be carried out on your property. If your property is in reasonable condition we shall take you on our cover plan and provide you with a free phone number which your tenant can contact our 24hr call centre and arrange for repairs to be carried out. If your property requires some repairs to be carried out to bring it up to a reasonable standard then we shall provide a quote to carry out this work and providing works have been carried out then we shall take you on cover.
