How do I apply for cover?
There are two ways of arranging cover. Either apply online and select the maintenance policy that best suits your needs or contact our Freephone help desk on 0800 121 4837 where one of our friendly staff will be happy to arrange cover for you.
How much does it cost?
Depending on what maintenance policy you require and how many bedrooms your property has will determine the costs. Our policies start from just £7.99 per month.
What are the payment options for Home Assist?
Payment is made by monthly standing order.
What is covered?
Depending on what maintenance plan has been purchased will determine the level of cover. For more information, go to 'What's Covered?' in the main menu.
How can we offer so much for so little?
All our staff are directly employed which means we have no sub-contractors fees to worry about. Most of our materials are bought in bulk and kept in stock, which means we can pass the savings directly on to you.
My boiler is quite old. Will it be covered?
We will cover all parts and labour to any boiler up to 9 years old. After that, if parts are still available, we will still replace parts and include labour. If parts are no longer available, we will offer you a discount on supplying and fitting a new boiler.
What postal areas does One Call cover?
At the moment we have full coverage in the following areas: (EH) Edinburgh to the Scottish Borders (KY) Fife.
How would I make a claim?
All you will need is our 24/7 One Call+ emergency freephone call out number and your policy number. Full details of how to make a claim under your One Call plan will be in the maintenance plan documentation, sent to you after you become a customer.
