2. Once your first monthly payment hads been made, you will be automatically covered by our 24 Hr Emergency call out.Once your application form is completed, One Call will send you an information package which will include your One Call Home Assist agreement and a special customer helpline number which you can call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
3. A Property Manager will come to your house for a complete home inspection within 21 days. We will write to you in advance to confirm the appointment date and confirm your selected level of One Call Home Assist and contract.
